God's Guiding Principle for All Relationships
Voluntarily submit to one another out of respect for Jesus. Regardless of your role, your responsibility is the same--put the needs of others ahead of your own and seek their best interest. This looks different for parents and children, husband and wives, employees and employers, but we're all called to seek the best interest of the other. In addition, show no favoritism toward one another, but treat each other as equals. Show equal concern for one another no matter your personal preferences. You like some people more, so go out of your way to show kindness to those you don't enjoy as much! It should never be obvious whom we prefer.
